ACCOUNT MANAGER (male/female)

Headquartered in Beijing, JA Solar has a global sales and marketing footprint, with a network of sales offices across key markets. For the European office in Munich, JA Solar is seeking an Account Manager to support our business in Europe.

Scope of Work

Broadly speaking, the scope of work mainly includes sales incl. order execution, business development and marketing.

Key responsibilities will be:

•Sales of JA Solar PV modules, with good knowledge of solar cells and modules

•Serving existing customers

•Acquisition of new accounts and building stable sales relationships

•Promoting sales actively, aggressively and creatively

•Drafting sales plans under overall sales targets

•Negotiations on prices, volumes and further contract terms and conditions with customers

•Ensuring customer satisfaction

•Coordination with internal departments for matters on pre-sales, sales execution and after-


•Regular reporting as required by the company incl. information on the negotiations and

customers, collecting & analysing market information and information on competitors

•Support on order execution as needed


Work Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, experience in PV module sales and order execution

would be an asset

Languages:Fluent in German, English and Spanish

Education:Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus

Competencies: Intercultural competence, result-oriented approach, problem-solving skills, excellent

teamwork, communication skills.
